This place is disgusting, the carpets in the rooms are nasty, their breakfast was horrible and the workers don't have an understanding of what a customer services really mean. STAY AWAY

This place was disgusting. We waited for about twenty minutes to check in. The main bathroom didn't have toilet paper or tissues. Corporate wouldn't do anything for us either. Don't stay here.

Tried relentlessly to get refund for remaining nights after 1st night of freezing.They refused and after calling corporate, neither they nor Wyndoms would give refund.Have to block credit card payment

This place refuses to give refunds. Switched rooms twice, Asked 3x for toilet paper and a tv that works.Had to use lobby restroom so I could get TP. Dirty and front desk gives attitude for asking.

Rooms so small the chair restricts the door, drafty windows, snow blows in under door, heater in 221 sucks, place is dirty. Move to Candlewood Sites, same price & get kitchenette, free laundry

This place is a dump! For the same price go to Candlewood Suites 24741 Country Club Blvd, North Olmsted, OH 44070 (only 4.2 miles). $59

Not a high class, five star hotel, but its a comfortable option when you're in need of a room with budget. Just pick a NON-smoking room (not so smelly or disgusting) and smoke outside. Enjoy!
