Staff were not coached in how to deal with complaints. Instead they claimed it wasn't their fault. We knew it wasn't but it was her job to pass on the message. It came across as unprofessional.

Service appalling. Burger was brought out burnt. Second time burger bun was frozen. Desserts were supposed to be complimentary but instead we were charged for an extra one on top of the ones ordered.
