You get what you pay for. Perfect location downtown to visit all major Lincoln sites. Nice staff, free parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. Rooms upstairs seems to be renovated, ask for those.

Cheapest motel in town. Dirty, rooms smell, old furniture, crappy bathrooms, but breakfast is ok and staff is friendly.
