Weak AC in room, no AC in lobby, no in-room wifi, lobby wifi doesn't work, shared bathrooms. But the staff are friendly.

Amazing folks who run this old fashioned "beach hotel." Not The Ritz, but a great place - with en suite showers at the foot of the bed! Parking is tricky - tickets ran me $45 each violation...
