After changing room 3rd time, outside door wouldn't open so cancelled reservation. Pool in parking lot next to main road and no shade. Super hot from pavement

Front desk gave keys to someone else's room, then swapped for a room with black mold and an outlet about ripped out but microwave still plugged in, also had cleaning supplies left in tiny bathroom.

Not only does the elevator have exposed wires and massive spider webs that they clearly have no intentions of removing. It also waits on the floor for about 45 seconds before letting you out.

Call before you make a reservation here. Elevator has been broken for a while & we're on the 5th floor. Also, fridge is broken & they said they don't have any to switch out. :(
