Don't trust the "complimentary" shuttle service, we had to wait for an hour, call twice and still they told us we couldn't complain cos it was "complimentary" #UGH!

Rien à redire au contraire, abordable, propre, navette gratuite pour l'aéroport ou le métro (10 min max), déjeuner complet inclus, wifi gratuit...très simple de visiter Boston!

No one should ever stay here.... Hallways smelled like fish and had spider webs hanging from the ceiling. No customer service whatsoever.

Good free airport shuttle service and wifi connection very good. Rooms a bit tired but ok.
