Didn't get to stay here because they didn't have what my family needed after having a bad experience at another hotel, but they helped us find a place elsewhere. Jay was VERY accomodating!!

It is disappointing to see the petty silly things people will justify writing a bad review. This place is not 'ghetto', staff is very personable, my room was very clean and comfortable.

Pretty sure this is the most ghetto Residence Inn I've ever seen! There was a baby bottle in the sofa bed that had apparently been there a while & we were awakened by the lovely sound of bball @ 8am!

Go ahead and get you a luggage cart because parking is limited and you could have to park on the opposite side if the hotel from your building

Sleeper sofas are horrible, but breakfast is good if they could keep it stocked.

Definitely choose a different place to stay unless u're ghetto enough to fit in! If u're traveling on business our with a family, this is definitely not the place u're looking for

Definitely stay somewhere else..hallways have odor of pet urine...skip it!

Pass on the residence inn. Sheraton downtown for 55 night (priceline), is a steal.
