Fantastic hotel with a beautiful garden and delish buffet bfast. Quick walk to a subway station and shuttle to a main station. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Great service as well.

Concierge service is excellent! They called the many Michelin rated restaurants and booked one for us. Upon check-in,they had left us printed step by step directions of how to get to there.

Free evening drinks in lobby, delicious breakfast buffet - coffee👍 not watered down, nice food selection - fruit, warm food, pastries; eager to help/please bell persons. Free shuttle very convenient.

Great staff and a fantastic garden. I recommend purchasing an Apple Airport Express as many hotels in have slow wifi, but very fast wired internet in Japan.

駅近ではないけど、それがこの良い環境を保てているんだろうし、客層も良いのが嬉しい。他の人が言うとおりWi-Fiが無いのが問題ですが、シェラトン提携後のリニューアルされた部屋は快適だし、レストランはどれも秀逸。都内のお籠もり系ホテルとしては上位をキープする良いホテルだと思います。
