Arrived with my truck and my bags, and happy the bellman popped out immediately. But, NO - he walked right by me and my trunk. He was on his cell. He WAS the bell man, but had no time for me. Bad form

Excellent customer service from every staff member make up for the somewhat dated property. Still very clean and well maintained, with a wonderful club level for SPG members.
