It’s a short walk to Epcot. Great restaurants. The buses and boat are outside the front and back of the hotel. Standard rooms are small but nice views.

Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. Front desk manager made up lies to get out of a situation that could have easily been resolved.

Hotel was very clean staff was wonderful the only drawback is if you have a balcony overlooking the lake you hear the sounds of the boat orange all the time I love Annette it was a great day

Bottom line... there are a lot of options for hotels to spend your money. Spend it elsewhere and never ever use Costco vacations.

Much better than it's sister hotel the Dolphin, but doesn't reflect the quality I have come to expect from a Westin property. Beds are definitely not Westin Heavenly beds, feels more like a Sheraton.
