Epcot's International Gateway is short 5 minute walk from the boardwalk. This entrance in to the park almost never has a wait and will put you out between the France and England Pavilions.

Awesome location. Walk or ride a boat to Studios or Epcot. More restaurants in walking distance than any Disney resort. Eat at Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club, Beach Club, on the Boardwalk, or in Epcot!

A great DVC resort, there is one downfall to one building though. You could be in for a really long walk to your room if your unlucky. About half the villas are above the Boardwalk itself.
