beware even if you make a reservation and pay for the room you requested may get moved. I will have to speak upper management as dayshift couldn't resolve the issue

Night time staff is awesome. Morning not so much. Two out if the three I encountered were rude. Not a pleasant way to start the morning in Peoria.

Ask for a room on the west side, away from Route 6. If you can't get one, avoid the south end near the pool aircon fans.

From mid afternoon, get a cookie from the desk ... but only take one (or two), leave some for everyone else !

Breakfast is good : it's supposed to start at 0630, but it's normally there from 0600.
