A nice place with big-rooms. Under new management and very good customer service. A must check if visiting San Diego or even SDSU area for a reasonable price with good amenities.

Walking in it looks narrow but if you keep walking it has the bed in the back room a/c in sitting room but not the bedroom :/ but overall ok

Parking lot fills up, so park on side street behind motel.

Recently renovated, the place is no longer scary. Breakfast is just a few snacks, plan on eating elsewhere.
