Rooms are clean, some have renovated bathrooms, friendly staff. Currently adding new rooms - hopefully will pave parking lot and correct high step going into some of the rooms.

We pulled in to Napanee late and found the Masterson. Very nice hotel. Clean and neat. Just perfect for a last minute, no reservation stop. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts friendly.

The wifi worked great, breakfast was satisfying (included), bed was very comfortable, couldn't ask for anything more. Excellent location, right off the 401, amenities close by. The price was great.

This is a true motel like many of us remember from days gone buy. The owners have embraced the style, but modernized it. Our room was spotless and quite comfortable. the king bed gave us a great rest.

We stayed here one night during a road trip. It was convenient to the freeway and very clean. Our room and clearly been updated very recently. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

No real complaints at all. Clean, comfy beds, polite staff, quick cold breakfast available in morning. Would have been nicer with fresh fruit & yogurt to include healthier component. Shower was great.

I was very surprised when I entered my room. It was spotless very comfortable. There was free breakfast, free tv and free wi fi. Only half hour drive from Kingston was not bad at all.

It was VERY clean and had everything I needed. The room was small, but, as a solo traveler, I did not need much space. The A/C worked great and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Building and rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is included: cereal, toast, muffins, cakes, juice, milk, coffee, etc.

They have a large porch over the rooms with chairs outside to sit in winter. It was great for are ball team since we were able to bring our own bbq and set it up by porch and cook for the team.
