Beautiful building. Public collection access hours from 1-4, though you can explore the building from 8-5. Cool historical displays on 2nd floor and art throughout the building.

This is such a strange place. For a library, it's not really apparent what they do or offer.

Reference library is on the second floor. Ongoing exhibits are also on the second floor. Talking Books and Braille services are on the first floor.
