Fantastic library providing courses, activities for families, etc. The café upstairs offers great views and sweet and savoury food at popular prices.

Cafe on top floor with lots of newspapers and magazines to read and good view over whitechapel and into city. Library has good, updated selection of books. Worth joining if local
