Fantastic exhibition of Matisse inspired work. Also check out American landscape painter George Inness. Very moving and important works!

This is a worthwhile museum at any time. But rush over to see the "American Visions" exhibit of mainly impressionist portrayals of the American landscape about 100 years ago. It closes June 19.

A surprisingly strong collection of paintings for a suburban museum, with the best stuff clustered into one wing. Warhol is represented here, as is Hopper, Wyeth and Rothko.

In a lunch room full of kids, I sat on this step, with no food, and they told me "no one is allowed on the stage", and made me get up. I would never come here. It's uncomfortable throughout

Love this Museum. I like how summer nights are free concerts. Living right across it makes me hear such great tunes all night long!:)
