The dentist was nice overall but the waiting experience of four hours and counting was ridiculous

I had 3 wisdom teeth taken out, towards the last one I felt a little pain when he was taking it out- not enough Novocain.

The old lady receptionist was rude and mean. The dental assistant was really nice and caring, the doctor- was ok. I arrived their at 10:30 am didn't leave their around 1:45.

I arrived at 8:15, and was seen at 9:15. I left by 10. I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist should be a little more welcoming but over All my experience wasn't terrible.

The waiting at this place is ridiculous. With or without appointment, be ready to spend more than 3 hours at this place.
