Overcrowded on Sunday’s. If you’ve seen markets before, this one is similar. High prices for tourists and poor quality textiles. Spices are good as souvenir, very pricy though.

Nice market. Best for local vegetables and fruits. Selling also some souvenirs and clothes. Worth a visit but not a must.

Nicest market in Mauritius; souvenirs/garments/veggies etc. Don't miss the stall at the end (or beginning) of the Papillon family where the family's hand made gorgeous bags are sold (great value/gift)
