The boss is rude, being sarcastic and tell off customer impolitely. Also witnessed the boss making fun of innocent Chinese lady who doesn't know English, asks her to take drinking water from the pool.

Mom and son run hotel, great hospitality! Ask for paragliding from the top of Pumakkale.

This great hotel is very close to Pamukkale Cotton Castle/Terrace Cotton Castle..they provide the comfortable beds and a good food..feels like at home..the owners are very nice & friendly..

Great hotel with comfortable beds and good food. The owners are very nice and make you feel right at home. It's also very close to the travertine pools.

Уютно, по-домашнему. Холодильника,мыла-рыла,в номере нет. ТВ слава Богу тоже. Файфай 1357913579
