Crazy insane that there are no returns even on their often damaged merchandise. Sell your store credit to the person behind you in line so you never have to shop again like I did.

Worst lines ever! Only had one lane open the other side said they were closed, girl comes over and takes people even though we asked about it. Bad customer service!

Of the 3 Forever 21s in Minnesota that I've visited (including MOA) this one is by far the easiest to search through and has the largest selection - including some items no longer available online!
