Went to get a replacement power cord for my iMac. Online listings had me expecting to spend about $40. Was just handed a spare one for free. Awesome customer service!

Don't trust what they say, I've heard extremely inaccurate information given here ie: you need expensive software to save a PDF on a Mac. Wat? Command-P save as PDF, anyone?
