Terrible customer service! Every time I come in here they are being rude to someone, must be nice to not have to depend on customers. Powell's downtown is much more enjoyable.

This place sucks. I asked to try one chocolate pretzel and the lady made me pay for it. For ONE chocolate pretzel. The staff is unbelievably rude.
