Repair costs are a racket. Charging $755 to replace a $95 part. Give me a break. I discovered I can order the part online and follow a walk-through to repair which I will certainly be doing instead.

I received excellent customer service when I came here to get a MacBook Pro. I wish I could remember the employees name but he helped me and my dad for about an hour. Great experience

The Genius Bar must be sexist. My sig other goes in w/ an iPhone problem & they go out of the way to help. I go in w/ the SAME problem get told they can't help & I have to go to AT&T for a new phone.
