2 carriers in a cart w 2 kittens in each. It was +30, had no water/food, smelled terrible. First lady we asked said she was off shift so couldn't do anything. Wish I had space to tell the full story

Was not happy with the way one groomer handled a dog. Her name was Jen G. She manhandled it. She was yelling at it, pushing/pulling it, and even held onto the dog by its bottom jaw. Overall very rough
