I've been taking my dog Luna to this location for grooming and bath almost 10 years now and I love the service and staff! Never had any problems. My favorite groomers are Nicole, Nancy, & Erika!

A great hidden gem in the lower level of the parking garage.

Do NOT board your pets at the #1658 petshotel! My Shih Tzu was infected with dog flu. There was news coverage about the outbreak + petshotel closure. No one from the store informed me or warned me.

Dr. Robinette at Bansfield is GREAT! She loves my pup like he's hers. Always calls to check up on him post visits.

Did you know you can adopt a dog or cat from the Anti Cruelty Society?

Need fish help? Talk to Brandon or Michelle. They really know their stuff!

No direct access from the street or shopping center. In the parking garage, take the yellow stairs in front of the lower level of Whole Foods. Petsmart is on the lowest level of the parking garage

Selection mediocre and service uninspiring. I'm not in a hurry to come back.

Had a great first time experience. DR Ashe even called to follow up on my baby. Thumbs up!
