Kroger is way over-priced and I don't know why anyone would ever shop here, even with a Kroger card; their prices are unreasonable when a Meijer is nearby.

If you're stopping in to buy Starbucks, there are two reserved Starbucks parking spots conveniently located near the Verizon Wireless store.
