Prepared foods are pretty decent. Grab a Califa Farms Almond Milk with Cold Brew to go. Sushi selection is solid. It's a Ralphs, you know what you're going to get.

I like Omega 3 fortified eggs cheaper than Trader Joe's, reduced sugar cranberries, less expensive bread that doesn't get moldy right away, low sodium soup, smart balance mayonnaise, and cheap spices.

Daniel, at the Alameda Ralphs, is one-of-a-kind. He is one of Ralphs all-time best checkers. He goes out of his way to be friendly and efficient. Daniel is the best.
