If you ride a bicycle here, enter as a pedestrian, not a vehicle. There is no signage to that effect, and maybe it's obvious to everybody else, but I gaffed my first visit here on a bike.

No coffee place but nice shady places for dogs next to the waiting lines. Reservations for the ferry are recommended. Sometimes you’ll see whales during the trip.
