Agree with the comment re cleanliness. Tables are often left with dirty dishes and the cups and plates are frequently grubby. Kinda gross considering the concept is good.

It is true they are pretty slow and the tables are never clean. Often the crockery looks poorly washed. Sit in the back section. The retail store next door is nice and well stocked though.

Nice place, good food, great tea variety but they are soooooo slow clearing and wiping the tables and that makes it less inviting. It's busy anyway so guess they don't care
