Had a reservation for a mid-sized car and they gave me a roller skate (Yaris) because it was all they had. So much for Emerald Isle and Corporate accounts.

No Emerald Isle. Have to go to the counter and they may or may not have a car ready. Budget in 20mins at the car rental which is ridiculous. Exec. Elite member considering switching companies at dsm.
