Global SIM cards, rental of wifi router, baggage wrapping. There's a Changi Recommends booth near T1 Departure Hall entrance door 4

Short term parking. Good idea for improving available parking lots. Normal rates for first 90mins. After that, vehicle will be charged $5/30mins to discourage abuse of the 2 dedicated floors
